Hi, I’m Nechama Stahl.
I’m a teacher, mentor, and facilitator devoted to helping women move through the beautiful, complicated, and often unspoken parts of marriage and personal growth.

My Story.
Like many women, I came into marriage with a full heart and so much hope...
Â
I was eager for connection, companionship, and a place to truly belong. But it didn’t take long to realize that closeness isn’t always easy, even when both people are kind and well-intentioned.
There were stretches of time when I didn’t know how to name what was missing, let alone how to ask for it. And back then, no one was really talking about these things.
Work with MeEventually, I signed up for a marriage course...mostly out of desperation. Ironically, it wasn’t the practical skills that landed. It was the spiritual depth. That one class became a spark. I started learning everything I could through books, mentors, somatic tools, mystical teachings. Slowly, my own body began to show me what my mind couldn’t yet explain.

That journey taught me that healing doesn’t happen in theory.
It happens in the nervous system, in the breath, in the sacred yes of choosing to stay curious.Â
And it happens in community—with people who see you and remind you that you're not alone.
If you’re wondering about my training, you’re welcome to look it up. But think of those certifications less as a list of accomplishments and more as a glimpse into the path I’ve walked—because I needed it. My work didn’t come from a textbook. It came from the living lab of real life—mine, and now, so many others'.
This is why I do the work I do. I became a Kallah teacher, but with a different lens. My first class wasn’t for brides—it was for married women who were aching for something deeper. Over time, I found so much joy supporting women at every stage of their journey—whether they’re just starting out or trying to find their way back to themselves and each other.
My approach is practical and spiritual, mystical and grounded. I believe that even when nothing changes externally, everything can shift internally. I teach women to soften toward themselves, to rewrite the story they’re telling, and to find strength and meaning in the exact place they are.
Work with Me
A few things you should know about me:
I’m a mom of seven
but I still believe in quiet moments & big dreams.
I’m a dancer (always have been)
Movement is where I feel most like myself.
I believe in...
connection, curiosity, and a touch of sacred mischief can carry us through almost anything.
I’m obsessed with...
creating spaces where women can breathe, feel, and remember who they are.
I think healing is...Â
more about becoming than fixing. And that every step, even the hard ones, counts.
